Crazy Hair Parties was founded in 2003 by Penny Etyngold. Penny is a qualified hairdresser who has worked in the hairdressing industry for over 20 years. Working in many different Salons, from the small suburban barbershops to the big name salons in the city. Penny gained a wealth of experience. Penny decided to focused her energy on kids hairdressing, being in the industry for so long she found that not many hairdressers make time or having the patience for the little ones... She notice kids weren't to keen on getting the chop so she decided to turn a normal hair cut into a fun exciting adventure. Kids started to look forward to coming instead of shying away and making a fuss. After each hair cut Penny would create a hair style for the girls and would gel up the boys then add finishing touches of colour hair spray and sparkles. The kids would glow with excitement! After receiving such a great response from parents and children alike, Crazy Hair Parties was born. During the week Penny finds herself still provides conventional hairdressing but also has now fallen into Dog Grooming which she loves. Art is another creative outlet she does that keeps her quite busy. ( Art is up for sale) To keep things fresh and new Penny is still creating new and exciting party ideas.
